I appreciate that they're consistent with payouts and it's a solid casino overall

Dislike

The only downside is getting hit with a sudden temporary block on your account without any heads-up. It's like, "Hey, we need some info from you, won't take long!" And then, you're stuck providing whatever they ask for. I get they're doing their job, but a little warning would be nice instead of springing it on you right after you deposit

Things were going smoothly until they asked me to verify my bank card. I followed through, but every time I tried to deposit afterward, I'd get a message saying I needed to verify my card followed by another saying no verification was needed. Naw I've been stuck in this verification loop for a month with zero help from customer service

Initially, they claimed I hadn't made a deposit, but even after I provided proof with screenshots, all they've said is it'll be sorted "very soon." Now, 10 hours later, I asked for a refund, only to be told they don't do refunds. Absolutely CRAZY
